We recommend the students to have a regular teacher because it helps them to anticipate a familiar teacher that they already feel comfortable with.

You get a full refund if you cancel before 24 hrs. of the meeting time. No refunds are given if the cancelation occurs within few hours of the scheduled time. Let’s keep in mind that the teacher has already planned to teach that lesson, so we need to be courteous.

The lessons are one-on-one; however, you can always enroll them together. Check out the sibling’s bundle.

You can cancel your subscription anytime.

For Silver subscription: If your learner took the class and you decided that you want to cancel right away. You can do so and there is no penalty.

For Gold Subscription: We recommend you cancel the subscription after students has taken the 4 lessons there is no refund for remaining meetings. You can cancel anytime and there is no penalty except no refund for remaining meetings.

For Platinum subscription: You can cancel anytime, there is no penalty. We recommend cancelling after students has taken all 52 lessons but before the membership renews.

You can always reschedule a meeting if you know that the student cannot make it to the meeting. You have a 24hrs window where you can reschedule.

There is no makeup lesson for no shows. Keep in mind that the teacher showed up and waited for the student.

and give us the information of your membership, we will pause your subscription for you. Your subscription will still be active, but you will not be charged for the time off.

However, since the teacher will have those slots available, you might have to select a new meeting time/day or teacher when your learner returns to class.

Once you purchase your subscription you will be directed to book your appointment, your subscription will redeemed your appointment type.

Ex. For Gold Subscription, you select Gold appointment and you will have four meetings available to you.

Each lesson is 25 minutes long.

However, if you choose Gold Subscription and you want 55 minutes long worth of a lesson; you can do that, but that counts as two meetings, and you will have 2 meetings left for the remining of that month.

However, if you always want your leaner to have 55 minutes long lesson each week, we suggest you get two Gold Subscriptions.
